This woman is recounting the sad story of how a perfectly healthy senior citizen passed away after being quarantined at one of the temporary shelters. Towards the end of the video, she claimed that an outbreak in a previously clean area had to be the work of some American secret agent.
Perhaps it’s still understandable that folks with no access to the real internet would say something like this. Or perhaps she knew it’s not true but had to add this part to the video so that it could pass censorship, but the crazy thing is, some folks who have unrestricted access to the www actually believe all this anti-US nonsense.
