A group of residents ordered groceries online when the government unlocked the system after many days. Ordering was successful. Deliveries were attempted, but the residents were not allowed to bring their purchases back into their apartments.
The residential committee insisted that residents could only collect free groceries from them. But as the residents revealed, the groceries they obtained from the RC were not free. They had to pay for storage and distribution costs to the RC. When online grocery shopping resumed, the RC tried to block the deliveries. They residents would rather pay for shopping than pay for donations.
